Our Story

Gurumé (ㄱㄹㅇ) is a direct Korean translation to “in the clouds”, in hopes to give you a "cloud nine" type of experience.


Gurumé is a cozy tapas bar in Hell’s Kitchen emerging from the chaos of the city created to bring a piece of culture and good vibes to the neighborhood. With Chef Joon’s expression of his interpretations of food, Gurumé is serving Korean tapas (안주) with a New York flare.
